A lot of people think certain diets can’t easily be done in the corporate world. At various times over the years I’ve had tons of people tell me that it would be too hard to eat healthy/vegetarian/vegan/raw/etc. at their workplace. Well I figured out a way to do raw vegan with a corporate America job, and I wanted to show you that you can too. It’s actually very easy. All you need are fruits, vegetables, some mason jars, a cooler and a blender. You make smoothies the night before, load ’em in the cooler and bring them to work. BEWM, there’s your easy button. It shouldn’t be complicated or difficult.
This also makes working out at work easier too. With smoothies you can exercise during your lunch hour and then just drink smoothies at your desk while you’re working. It’s easy guys, seriously. Give it a shot!
