Vegan Muscle Building

I’ll never forget when I first found this guy on MySpace in 2005.  Robert Cheeke has been vegan for 15 years and a bodybuilder for 10 years.  He is proof you can build tons of muscle on a vegan diet (with no drugs or steroids).

    Seriously, Robert is awesome. He’s one of the most passionate vegans (and people, in general) you’ll ever meet. Have you had the chance to meet him in person?
