Workout log 2011 Week 11

Here is my workout log for this week.

Monday: Bike commute (11 miles), Strength training session

Tuesday: Rest day

Wednesday: Solo footbag session 40 minutes

Thursday: 3.8 mile run 33 minutes, 6 minute drill, group footbag session 90 minutes

Friday: Bike commute (11 miles), Short hill ride (4 miles)

Saturday: Medium bike ride (18 miles), group footbag session 120 minutes

Sunday: Short bike ride (12 miles), 4.2 mile run
