Been too long since I’ve done a post here. Currently training for a 3-hour timed race (will be about 3/4 marathon for me). Ran 14.5 miles last weekend which is the most I’ve ever done. Lately I’ve been doing mostly running with a little yoga, some weightlifting and bar work here and there. Been enjoying life a lot but not training super hard or eating very big. I armwrestled Robert Cheeke a while back. Here’s a picture. I didn’t win though. Be well.

CAn u answer a question about bananas and hoe u feel after eating a lot.
Sure, I feel great! The trick is that they must be spotted brown ripe. If they are only yellow, or worse green they won’t digest as well and you may not feel that good.
